The Aeroturbex equipment is an aerosol generator that transforms a liquid solution into a dry aerosol with a particle size of less than 10 microns, based on the principle of pneumatic microdifusion.
The Aeroturbex acts as follows:
The liquid is absorbed by the peristaltic pump, which is injected into the microdifusion nozzle. The compressed air sprays the jet of liquid that comes out of the nozzle, creating a dry spray.
The equipment works with peristaltic pumps that give the exact dosing of aerosol in each zone.
The consumption of the product is 4 ml each m3 of cockpit. Since each nozzle spray 2 liters of disinfectant per hour, the dosage of the product will be 12 min / 100 m3. Since the installation is fixed in each cockpit, the spray time will always be the same in an area, depending on its cubicle.
The system will automatically send, to a pre-allocated email address, every Monday of every week a weekly summary of data.
If the shipment was not correct, it will be expected to be sent the next day and so until it receives sufficient telephone coverage. We will also be able to ship manually.
The AEROTURBEX FIJO CISTERNA TRUCK machine requires very little maintenance. The parts do not suffer from wear, and the maintenance will be carried out only to verify that all the elements work correctly. If any of the elements failed (liquid sleeve or that there was an escape of air, etc.) the detection on the part of the user would be immediate since the equipment would stop working.
If the system has not functioned, the next day the doors of the cistern will not be detected, the characteristic odor left by the products applied will not be perceived.
